What does a Quality Lead really do?
Think of yourself as a medium for continuous improvement, not just for yourself and for your immediate team, but for the rest of the operational teams you will support.
As a Leader, you will supervise a team of Client Analysts and work with them in developing methods and standards for quality.
You will collaborate with other departments in addressing these areas of opportunities and help design new processes, guidelines, and policies as the larger team continues to strive for operational excellence.
This are among the main responsibilities:
- Supervise the team of Client Analysts
- Uses quality monitoring data to compile and track team performance
- Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed
- Prepares and analyze internal and external quality reports
- Prepare WBR/MBR/QBR performance analysis
- Perform other duties as assigned
Well, since this is a supervisor level, we need someone with prior relevant people management experience.
Now let's get technical. We're looking for someone who is a strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Someone with experience providing constructive criticism and implementing corrective action plans.
Someone who has a high-level understanding of customer confidentiality standards and also has a passion for the development of teammates.
