The IT Risk Specialist is a key contributor in the IT Strategy and Portfolio Management (S&P) organization. The IT S&P organization imagines the future technology vision, strategy, and priorities to empower PepsiCo's ambitions and optimize value.

The IT Risk Governance Lead Specialist is responsible for partnering across the organization to identify, assess, treat, and monitor on IT risk.

Additionally, this role will report on IT Risk to various stakeholders including the IT Risk Owners, Senior IT Leadership, and the PepsiCo Enterprise Risk Management team.


Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

  • Accountable for leading the identification, assessment, and governance of information technology risks across the organization
  • Responsible for leading the advancement of the IT risk governane efforts, including the framework and associated processes
  • Responsible for partnering with the Information Security Risk Governance and PepsiCo Enterprise Risk Management teams to effectively manage and report on IT risks
  • Preparation of providing deliverables to the Enterprise Risk Management team, as required
  • Responsible for evaluating IT risk to determine if it presents strategic risk to the IT and/or Corporate strategies
  • Responsible for providing meaningful inputs to the Enterprise IT Strategy team to ensure risk and risk treatment is properly accounted for
  • Responsible for designing, documenting, and facilitating of risk assessment exercises
  • Responsible for leading efforts to define the organization's risk appetite
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6+ years experience in IT, Information Security, IT Audit, or IT Controls.
  • 4+ years of risk management or governance experience
  • Strong relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders and customers
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple stakeholder priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Fluent in speaking and writing in English
