Regional Program Senior Buyer: _
We are looking for a new colleague in the Aftermarket North America Purchasing team at our Guadalajara, Mexico location._
Position is responsible for serving as the functional expert for all purchasing activities related to assigned productlines._
Responsibilities:_

1.

_Purchasing activities:
sourcing, launch, cost management, and supply base management_

2. _Set contractual agreements for regional suppliers operating globally, regionally and locally ensuring competitiveness_

3. _Manage supplier performance_

4. _Maintain vendor data in ERP system_

5. _Identify and evaluate market trends that are necessary for the purchasing strategy and target achievement_

Qualifications:_

1. _Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Mechatronics), Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related field._

2.

_Minimum 6 years experience in a Direct Material Purchasing capacity - technical purchasing, commodity purchasing, project purchasing - that include sourcing, launch, cost optimization and supply base management.

_

3. _Analytical and Negotiation skills_

4. _Able to read and comprehend technical documents (drawings, specs, engineering changes)_

5. _Knowledge of MRP systems_

6. _Proficient in Office365 with Advanced Excel_

7. _Fluent English / Spanish_
