- Recibir e identificar los pedidos de compra para garantizar su introducción correcta y a tiempo en el sistema.
- Validar toda la información de los pedidos de compra (referencias, cantidades, unidades, precios, lugar de entrega), para garantizar la correcta tramitación del pedido de venta, su entrega correcta y a tiempo, y la correcta asignación de condiciones comerciales.
- Revisar y actualizar los listados de precios, para asegurar la correcta facturación a los clientes y evitar devoluciones, refacturaciones, cambios de precio.
- Coordinar las entregas y devoluciones con los clientes y el almacén, para evitar entregas fuera de plazo, y una correcta y puntual recogida de los artículos devueltos.
