Job Summary:

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with expertise in Google Cloud services to join our team.

This role will be critical in ingesting and managing data from our customers using a variety of tools and platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, build, and manage Google Cloud infrastructure according to project requirements
Implement systems to ingest data from the customers via APIs, SFTP, CSV uploads, and Data

Warehouses

Develop, implement, and optimize ETL processes to ensure efficient data integration and transformation
Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of Google Cloud implementations
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop innovative cloud strategies and solutions
Maintain disaster recovery and backup procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve cloudrelated issues in coordination with the IT team
Stay updated with the latest Cloud technologies and advancements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Google Cloud Certified

Professional Cloud Architect or similar certification
Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform services such as Cloud Storage, Cloud

Functions, BigQuery, Cloud Workflow, Secrets Manager

Strong understanding of APIs, SFTP, and data warehouses
Proficiency in Javascript and SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and develop databases
Experience with ETL tools and processes
Familiarity with data migration and data integration processes
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Bonus: Experience in the EdTech sector

Ability to work across concurrent projects
Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.)
Ability to have attention to detail and accurately follow procedures
