Your mission You'll be leading an ambitious team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) responsible for initiating and driving the sales process forward.
Your day to day at Innovamat Leading a high-performance BDRs team, offering coaching on objection handling and pitching techniques to secure meetings with potential clients.
Provide direction on enhancing the Meeting Generation team's performance, efficiency, and output. Enforce best practices in lead management and development, incorporating metrics, activity tracking, and performance assessment. Partner with the Country Manager, Head of Sales and HQ counterparts to establish strategy and ensure its effective implementation.Lead analysis of business performance to identify future roadblocks and present strategic recommendations to GTM leadership for decision-making and investment.
