    FUNCIONES
    • Apoyar en el Proceso de Reclutamiento y Selección: Revisión de CV y selección de personal, desde nível operativo hasta gerencial.
    • Apoyar en la preparación de nómina y registro puntual de incidencias
    • Realizar trabajo administrativo, incluyendo programación, resguardo y actualización de archivos y/o expedientes para el departamento.
    • Brindar capacitaciones de Inducción para ingresos.
    • Dar seguimiento al personal de la empresa (trámites, actualizaciones de documentos, exámenes médicos).
