Funciones principales: Administrar y dar seguimiento al presupuesto (proyección) anual de KPI's establecido por Dirección General, Comercial y Gerencia General.
Mantenerse en constante comunicación con los funcionarios atendiendo información solicitada, reportes, peticiones, auditorías y visitas de revisión de desempeño del área Comercia.
Presidir juntas semanales informativas de avances, retroalimentación, objetivos y motivacionales a todo el equipo.Mantener un coaching permanente a sus colaboradores, evaluar semestralmente el desempeño, así como delegar actividades para promover el desarrollo del equipo de trabajo.
