    GENERALISTA DE RECURSOS HUMANOS
    Requisitos: Lic. en Psicología, Administración o a fin. 2 años de experiência en puestos similares. Manejo de Excel avanzado Conocimiento en LFT e IMSS.


    FUNCIONES:
    Realización de filtros especializados en filtro CV, entrevista telefónica, presencial, profunda y evaluaciones Coordinación de proceso de filtrado (psicometría, referencias, citas con lideres, ESEs) Gestionar una buena administración de personal (Accesos, manejo de formatos, desarrollo de documentación) Llevar el control al día de las bases de datos de los colaboradores (Datos personales, documentos, vacaciones) Coordinación de procesos con nuevos ingresos (Integración, inducción, programa de capacitación, notificación a lideres) Manejo de proceso de onboarding (seguimiento de necesidades de personal de nuevo ingreso, atención a dudas) Crear e implementar estrategias de retención de personal Seguimiento a evaluaciones de desempeño de personal para toma de decisiones sobre periodo de prueba Gestión de prenomina, mediante revisión de incidencias y comisiones con lideres de área Responsable del pago correcto y oportuno de la nomina de personal Envió de consideraciones para finiquito o liquidación de personal de salida


    OFRECEMOS:
    Sueldo: 12,000 a 14,000 netos Prestaciones de Ley (A partir del 3er mes se ofrecen Prestaciones Superiores a las de Ley)

    Horario:

    Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm ò de 10:00 am a 7:00 pm Zona de trabajo: La Herradura.
