    *Note: This role is office-based at OpenTable's office in Mexico City.

    In this position, you will:

    • Be the primary administrator for our AI tool, supporting the CX Assurance team in utilizing AI-generated insights effectively
    • Ensure the tool operates efficiently and is optimized for automation
    • Train team members, monitor system performance, and identify areas for enhancement
    • Collaborate with the CX Assurance team to resolve system issues and ensure proper tool utilization
    • Design solutions to improve team efficiency based on user requirements
    • Collaborate with AI vendors to address system issues and stay updated on the latest AI enhancements
    • Play a key role in developing and integrating technical infrastructure to enhance service delivery
    • Analyze user requirements and implement new systems or modifications
    • Provide training and support for users on system changes
    • Document system requirements and processes for future reference

    About You:

    • Passionate about AI technologies and staying current with industry trends
    • Enjoy working in a dynamic and innovative environment
    • Demonstrated experience as a system administrator, with a focus on AI systems
    • Strong knowledge of AI technologies and machine learning algorithms
    • Effective communication and teamwork skills
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
    • Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions

    If you have:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
    • 3 years of experience in system administration, AI technologies, or related fields
    • Relevant certifications in AI system administration are a plus
    • Proficiency in integrations, APIs, and programming languages like Python or Java
    • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data analysis
    • Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
