Define the organizational chart together with management and keep it updated. Prepare and keep job descriptions updated. 4. Compensation and benefits. Execution of compensation and benefits policies. Evaluate salary structures to maintain competitiveness in the market. 5. Training. Create and plan training programs, behavior modification programs and organizational climate according to needs. 6. Labor Relations. Labor separations. Review of collective contracts. CCT negotiation. Union relations 7. Mandatory declarations. REPSE, ISCOE AND SISUB procedure Ensure compliance with the SAT and IMSS. 8. Regulatory compliance.
