    The main responsibilities are:

    • Develop the Engineering processes.
    • Monitor automotive processes and standards.
    • Control and execution on CNC Programs
    • Coaches and develops team members in required areas with focus on customer communication, design and validation, problem solving, quality and safety.
    • Actively seeks collaboration with management team members in the plant and external (e.g.: tech centers).
    • Ensures adequate interaction and communication with customers, vendors, and support resources.
    5 years of experience in the automotive industry|Experience in high precision machining, milling and turning (CNC)
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Related Discipline
    • 5+ years of experience in management positions.
    • 5+ years of experience in engineering
    • Experience in automotive development processes and quality requirements
    • Experience in machining, milling and turning processes (CNC)
    • Leadership experience
    • Advanced English
