    Job Description

    Responsabilidades:

    • (Desarrollo) Autoriza la aceptación y/o rechazo de proyectos varios relacionados con la operación de manufactura como miembro activo del comité de revisión técnica (TRB) del corporativo.

    • (Desarrollo) Brindar asesoría técnica especializada a la organización para Acelerar la resolución de problemas serios relacionados con el proceso y/o la calidad del producto.

    • (Procesos) Desarrolla procedimientos de trabajo, define los parámetros de operación del equipo.

    • Develop work procedures, set parameters for machine operation.

    • (Procesos) Liderar los equipos de trabajo relacionados con quejas de cliente.
    Lead customer complaint teams.

    • (Procesos) Coordina la Introducción de Nuevos productos.
    Coordinate NPI on his processes.

    • (Procesos )Adecua la planeación estratégica de la compañía al plan de trabajo del área.

    • Adequates strategic plan to daily work plan.

    • (Procesos) Encargo de desarrollar iniciativas de mejora que conduzcan a la Mejora de los niveles de Calidad, Costo & Eficiencia.

    • Deliver improvement initiatives for improving quality, cost & efficiency.

    Competencias/ habilidades y conocimientos:

    • (Desarrollo) Diseño de Experimentos

    • (Desarrollo) Conocimiento sobre fabricación de materiales : PCB's , epoxies, molding compounds, goldwire, etc.

    • (Desarrollo) Conocimiento sobre equipos de manufactura de semiconductores: die bonders, wire bonders, mold machines, etc.

    • (Procesos) Estadística avanzada aplicada, Six Sigma Black Belt certificado como mínimo. Manufactura Esbelta

    • (Procesos) Conocimientos de Confiabilidad de procesos y materiales.

    • (Procesos) Conocimientos de teoría de semiconductores, materiales, pruebas & ensamble de microcircuitos.

    • (Procesos) Conocimientos del funcionamiento de los equipos de su área.

    • (Procesos) Solución de problemas 8D , Metodología de Control Total.

    • (Procesos) Generación y mantenimiento de FMEA, Planes de Control y Positroles.
