    Human Resources Manager - State of Mexico, México - Altair Engineering

    What You Will Do:

    Empresa Automotriz Tier 4 dedicada a la fabricación de cubiertas de tela para la industria automotriz busca a un Gerente en Recursos Humanos, para su planta ubicada en el Estado de México (Cuautitlán), el 80% del personal de la planta son mujeres.

    Sus funciones serán desarrollar e implementar estrategias de recursos humanos así como asegurar la correcta administración del personal de la planta.

    Requisitos:

  • Determinación de necesidades de capacitación y adiestramiento, desarrollar planes de capacitación.
  • Asegurar la implementación, capacitación y mantenimiento de la metodología de 5'S+1 en su área de trabajo.
  • Identificación de Talento.
  • Establecer planes de carrera y desarrollo de los empleados.
  • Establecer canal de comunicación abierta con todos los empleados de la compañía.
  • Desarrollar planes de carrera.
  • Evaluaciones de desempeño.
  • Revisiones de metas a inicio de año, medio año y final de año.
  • Realizar descripciones de puesto.
  • Desarrollar las políticas y KPI's del área.
  • Administración y control de nómina.
  • Control de horas extras e incapacidades.
  • Reclutamiento y selección de personal.
  • Evaluación de personal.
  • Administrar y supervisar los procesos de ingreso.
  • Comunicación organizacional.
  • Mantener y fortalecer la relación con las distintas áreas de la organización.
  • Control de contrataciones.
  • Realizar y controlar renuncias.
  • Realizar y calcular liquidaciones.
  • Planes de sucesión y tablas de reemplazo.
  • Así mismo será responsable de Coordinar y dar Seguimiento a lo relacionado a Seguridad e Higiene, desarrollar estrategias y programas para el Cumplimiento de Métricos establecidos, desarrollar Planes de Protección Civil, mantener al día información de Expedientes de Personal para presentación en Auditorías Internas (Planes y reportes de inspección e identificar las condiciones de riesgo y elaboración de planes de acción) y externas y Relaciones Laborales.

    What You Will Need:

    Basics:

  • Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Internacionales o carrera afín.
  • Sexo: Mujer, indispensable.
  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en administración del departamento de Recursos Humanos (capacitación e inducción de personal, desarrollo organizacional, clima laboral, evaluaciones de personal, evaluación de metas, contrataciones, finiquitos, liquidaciones y jubilaciones).
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en Reclutamiento y Selección de Personal.
  • Experiencia en administración y control de nómina.
  • Experiencia desarrollando evaluaciones de desempeño.
  • Experiencia en auditorías externas.
  • Amplio conocimiento de la Ley Federal del trabajo, ley de IMSS.
  • Inglés Fluido, indispensable.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, verbal y escrita.
  • Negociación.
