Es Responsable De La Asignacion De La Mano De Obra Dentro De Su Area De Control A Establecer Prioridades.3.Supervisar Los Trabajos De Mantemiento Para Asegurar El Cumpimiento De Los Metodos, Los Estandares De Calidad, Medidads De Seguridad, Y Tomar Acciones Correctivas Para Eliminar Alguna Desviacion4.
Supervisar Y Participar En La Ejecuccion De Los Trabajos De Mantenimiento Para Asegurar Que Los Servicios De Mantenimiento Estan Disponibles Cuando Se Requieran Y Que Los Tecnicos De Mantenimeinto Estan Preparados Para Dar Servicios Y Evitar El Tiempo Muesto Del Equipo Productivo.5.
Capacitar A Los Tecnicos Nuevos En La Operacion Y Mantenimiento Del Equipo De Una Manera Segura.6.Genera Y Pasa A Aprobacion Requisiciones De Compra Por Refacciones, Herramientas, Material, Equipo Y/O Servicios Necesarios Para El Mantenimiento De Los Equipos Y Edificio.7.
Analiza Las Razones Del Tiempo Muerto Con Las Areas Involucradas Y Busca La Mejora Continua Del Concepto De Tiempos Muertos8.
Responsable De La Seguridad En El Manejo De Los Equipo De Su Area De Trabajo, Asi Como Tambien Promueve La Cultura De Deteccion De Actos Y Condiciones Inseguras En La Planta.9.
Verifica La Correcta Elaboracion De Los Reportes De Tiempo Muerto Emitidos En Su Turno.10.Reporta En La Bitacora De Mantenimiento Las Actividades Mas Relevantes Del Turno, Los Pendientes Y Comunicacion General De Interes Para El Departamento.11.
Asegura El Orden Y Limpieza De Su Area12. Asegura El Arranque Exitoso De La Planta al arranque de cada turno
