- Analyze Demand Changes to negotiate with customers violations fees
- Analyze Supply Plan changes and execute strategies to provide stability to Purchasing activities
- Participate in Strategy meetings to establish agreements and administrate those into SAP and Kinaxis
- Review, Analyze and administrate Engineering Changes to ensure Supply Plan aligns with demand
- Review, Analyze and administrate Deviations to ensure Supply Plan aligns with demand
- Administrate Capacity Analysis activities which involves, Capacity projections, Head Count Calculations, Capacity Scenarios
- Create Solution proposals archives to the management for improving our processes
- Develop or improve current Procedures and Guidelines
- Coordinate and communicate strategies to Planning and Purchasing which consider current plan, changes executed along with details
- Strong knowledge in Software such as SAP, Kinaxis & Microsoft
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English – Spanish).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of the business and supply chain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Extremely proficient with production planning systems, such as MRP, MPS and ERPs
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- Five plus years of experience in the position.
- Professional certification by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) preferred.
