    HSBC México, ofrecemos oportunidades para desarrollar una carrera profesional para personas con excelente actitud de servicio, trato al cliente, gusto por las ventas y visión por desarrollarse en el área Comercial en el puesto de Ejecutivo de Negocio.

    Función principal. Responsable de mantener y acrecentar la cartera de clientes Pyme.
    Licenciatura terminada Económico- Administrativa o Financiera. Experiencia en operación bancaria (productos), mínimo tres años. Experiencia en Ventas, mínimo tres años. Experiencia como Ejecutivo de Cuenta y Segmentos, mínima tres años. Conocimiento de los mercados, regulaciones externas. Conocimiento de Matemáticas Financieras. Conocimiento en KYC (know your customer). Conocimiento en productos de Retail Business Banking (Pymes). Facilidad de relacionarse con clientes. Identificación y desarrollo de Negocios. Administración de una cartera. Gusto por las ventas (pasión). Detección de necesidades del cliente. Horario de Lunes a Sábado. Movilidad para visitar a los clientes.


    Deseable:
    Certificación Figura AMIB 1. Orientación al cliente y a ventas. Trabajo en equipo. Adaptación al cambio. Contratación directa por parte del Banco.

    Sueldo base, bono trimestral por desempeño, aguinaldo, prima vacacional, seguro de vida, seguro de gastos médicos mayores, créditos, descuentos en los productos del Banco, participación activa en programas de sustentabilidad/ responsabilidad social, descuentos en más de 9,000 establecimientos y un plan de carrera acorde a tus aspiraciones.
