    ANALISTA DE CUENTAS POR PAGAR para laborar en la zona de
    Miguel Hidalgo Cerca de Av.


    Marina Nacional, metro de referencia:
    Colegio Militar

    Objetivo:


    Mantener y asegurar las obligaciones de pago contraídas por la empresa dentro de los días de crédito obtenidos; cumpliendo con las fechas estipuladas de pago al día de su vencimiento.

    Así mismo, reducir de manera significativa los riesgos de fraude o la pérdida de dinero:
    al generar solvencia, la empresa logra desarrollar una buena reputación en el mercado.
    Funciones a desempeñar;
    • Preparar y presentar toda la documentación necesaria para deducciones fiscales, beneficios y embargos
    • Analizar los datos relacionados con compensaciones, como sueldos y primas
    - Supervisar las transacciones de nóminas (p. ej., a través de banca electrónica)
    • Procesar los costes de beneficios, como cuotas de seguros y bajas por enfermedad
    • Gestionar calendarios de pagos para el año fiscalRequerimos;
    • Licenciatura en Administración, contabilidad o a fin.
    - 1 año mínimo en cuentas por pagar o puesto similar.
    • Experiência en: Realización de pagos
    • Operar banca electrónica aplicando transferencias bancarias
    • Preparar informes y previsiones para la dirección
    • Generar conciliaciones bancarias
    • Manejar Estados de Cuenta
    • Archivar aplicaciones de movimientos.
