    The Account Analyst will collaborate with internal and external partners to perform detailed analysis on behalf of the account(s) Baxter IT provides services to including general triage of requests, performance, overall health and KPIs

    What you'll be doing

  • Provide timely, high-quality portfolio analysis on several dimensions of Baxter's Global IT portfolio to enable sound decision making.
  • Direct involvement in quarterly and annual prioritization process, including review and data manipulation of complex scenario modeling.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of strategic priorities to explain performance and strategic issues in a clear, concise manner.
  • Identification of ways to improve and streamline processes.
  • Strategic ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required

    • What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required, including 3+ years in a technical environment.
  • Technical background with knowledge of software and web technologies.
  • Triage and analysis of service requests from external customersSkills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative;
  • Excellent analytical, and problem-solving ability. Including related tools.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment, to adapt quickly and to manage changing priorities and deadlines;
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Advanced English proficiency is required
