The Program Support Specialist will work closely with all members of the Higher Ed team in order to fulfill programs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Assist with creating and maintaining on-line registration platforms
Update APPs, vendor manager, and participant information (types, flights, personal info, etc)
Complete bulk and manual registrations
Prepare all program related final documentation for distribution to travelers
Create orientation and marketing materials for clients
Organize and manage individual travel requests including vouchers for confirmation
Assist in the collection of outstanding individual payments from program participants
Develop template itineraries for various destinations
Assist with program pricing and proposals as needed
Review, update, and send participant invoices
Assist Global ExperiencesTeam with creation of documents and assistance as needed
Assist Air team with CRM entries, double checking of names upon ticketing (quality control), and individual air PSA
Platform support:

CRM, GIS, GRS integration assistance- Complete other general administrative tasks including, but not limited to:
mailing, phone calls, and data entry projects- Fulfill other projects as assigned by the management team
Requirements:

Basic Microsoft office proficiencies including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong teamwork skills; proactively seek out ways to add value
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to multi-task and to prioritize in order to complete several projects
Capacity to work independently in a fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organization details
Interest in global education with a basic knowledge of world markets, capital cities, languages spoken and currencies
Bachelor's Degree Desired
