    You will have the key role of managing assigned projects with effective planning, execution, and coordination of activities to ensure desired outcomes. Additionally, you will support human resources functions across various domains.

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Administer employment arrangements for shift staff in alignment with company policies and relevant laws.
    • Develop and update Job Descriptions and Organization Charts regularly.
    • Provide essential services to allocated employees (e.g., badges, letters).
    • Prepare and maintain updated reports.
    • Handle employee registrations, follow-ups, and dismissals.
    • Assist in processing staff payroll.
    • Input employee data into the HR system.
    • Execute Recruitment, Selection, and Hiring procedures for operational and administrative personnel.
    • Supervise the promotional process for operational and administrative staff.
    • Oversee the company's internal communication initiatives.
    • Maintain and update personnel records in compliance with policies and legal standards, including Infonavit/FONACOT credit information.
    • Implement the company's benefits program as per policies and annual budget, covering planned employee activities and services like cafeteria and transportation.
    • Organize and participate in special/motivational staff events.
    • Engage actively in the 6S Program to ensure adherence to its regulations and fulfill assigned responsibilities as an Auditor, Coordinator, Leader, or Committee member.
    • Undertake miscellaneous tasks assigned by management to bolster company operations.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
    • Extensive expertise in Labor Relations.
    • Proficiency in advanced English communication (written, verbal, and listening).
    • Availability for the second shift.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
    • Self-motivated individuals who proactively take initiative and handle tasks independently.
    • Skilled in conveying subtle or intricate messages clearly, tailoring communication to suit different audiences.
