    Objetivo:
    Control y seguimiento a Inventarios, asegurar la correcta aplicación de los movimientos de Inventario (Ajustes, conciliaciones, material bloqueado, obsoleto, consumos, discrepancias), Integración de las cuentas de inventario y análisis de Días de Inventario DIO (Materia Prima/Producto Terminado), asi como responsable en la identificación (generación de reportes), seguimiento y planes de accion de materiales en Riesgo (Reserva de Obsoleto, bloqueado, lento movimiento), Responsable de administrar "maestro de Articulos", Alta, Baja, Cambios de productos en SAP; así como respaldos de bases en cierre de mes.

    Actividades principales:

  • Responsable del seguimiento de materiales en riesgo asi como la generación de reportes semanales
  • Determinar la reserva de obsolescencia de inventarios
  • Responsable del Control, seguimiento y posteo de Multiples de Materiales asegurando la correcta aplicación en el sistema y la salida del material (Auditoria Fisica), asi como el análisis de variaciones vs Budget, generación de reportes & Tracking de ajustes de inventario.
  • Generación de Reporte de ajustes de Inventario (Inventory related) seguimiento con los equipos en los planes de acción (Mty/Cedis)
  • Mantener la exactitud de los saldos de inventarios (integridad entre inventarios y modulos de contabilidad)
  • Soporte en los análisis de Niveles y Días de Inventario (DIO), seguimiento de productos de Lento movimiento, material bloqueado y en riesgo.
  • Generación de Reportes Semanal / Mensual de Variaciones de producción, proyecciones en base a tendencia asi como proporcionar Riesgos y oportunidades para accionar planes de acción.
  • Elaborar y entregar información para efectos estatutorios /Fiscales de auditoría externa/interna /cierre de mes a fin de garantizar controles adecuados y brindar soporte en la toma de decisiones
  • Adminsitración de MDM en Altas/Cambios/Bajas/Extensiones de Productos , Rutas y Lista de Materiales (MDM)
  • Proveer información financiera para juntas de resultado mensual, Juntas trimestrales, Juntas IBP, información oportuna, confiable y veraz.
  • Revisión y actualización de procedimientos escritos que permitan un soporte de todos los procesos efectuados así como un mejor desempeño del puesto

    • Escolaridad:
    Licenciado en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas, o afín.

    Experiencia:
    Experiencia en Sistemas de Manufactura (1 año)
    Experiencia en Control de Almacenes/Inventarios (1 año)
    Manejo de Excel, Word, Power Point (intermedio-Tablas D)

    Conocimiento ERP (SAP)
    Capacidad de análisis, proactividad, disciplina y seguimiento
    Inglés Básico-Intermedio (escrito)
