    Job Description


    The Continuous Improvement Manager oversees the Rockwell Automation Continuous Improvement projects, support and develop a sustainable continuous improvement culture in the organization.

    In this role you will

    Supervise the activities of the plant CI team. Drive process improvements for all value streams and support processes. Partner with site leadership (e. g. Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and IT) and partners to establish and achieve objectives of efficiency and quality. Develop impactful, capable teams that achieve sustained performance improvement. Lead the productivity and continuous improvement project backlog (Waste Elimination Pipeline).

    Engage in digital initiatives, to help bringing business and technology together (Connected Enterprise) to deliver more value to the organization and our customers.

    Desired Qualifications

    Demonstrated experience in facilitating teams and groups in lean, six sigma and process improvements. Excellent organizational skills.
    Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
    Effective communication, presentation and conflict management skills.
    Ability to drive change in a positive manner despite challenges to timelines, deliverables, and resources.

    Minimum Qualifications


    Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience in Lean or Operational Excellence field.7+ years Continuous Improvement experience with 3+ years' experience as manager within manufacturing environments.

    Six sigma black belt training / certification.
