    Financial Professional Entry

    If you're ready to bring your talents to the Finance team, we're looking for a Financial Professional Entry. In this role, you'll handle basic financial analyses and reports and carry out financial and administrative tasks to deliver top-notch services to our internal clients. This position, based in Querétaro, offers a hybrid work setup with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home – this arrangement is subject to change.

    Showcase your skills and there's room for growth in this role. And when you're in the office, enjoy complimentary snacks representing our beloved brands.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Accounting and Administrative Reports: Conduct basic analysis, reports, accounting, or administrative tasks in line with corporate policies, internal procedures, and legal requirements. Identify process improvement opportunities, communicate issues to supervisors, and work on special projects.
    • Process Enhancement: Evaluate current processes to find opportunities for standardization, streamlining, or automation of daily tasks.
    • Stakeholder Communication and Follow-Up: Keep relevant parties informed, prioritize tasks, adhere to Kellanova practices, and handle details from various sources.

    Desired Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field.
    • Intermediate proficiency in English.
    • Strong PC skills, particularly in Excel.
    • Excellent analytical and communication abilities with a keen eye for detail.
