As a Vivagos employee, I was in charge of giving the best attention to customers who needed help or information about a product, as well as keeping my workplace organized, completely clean and listening to the needs of both my co-workers and my manager.

Parker Hannafin• Incoming Inspection/Quality department

As a Parker Hannafin intern, I was at the quality department I performed different tasks focused on reduce scrap, as well as handling customer complaints, helping quality auditors with different tasks and, above all, reviewing incoming inspection area where I checked the correct release of the compounds that parker received and getting  the corresponding quality certificates for them to be able to carry out this process, also to contain expired compounds and ensure that the necessary rheologies are carried out to know if they have more shelflife days or if they should be scraped.

• While I was at school I learned strategies to carry them out professionally, such as pay attention to every little detail, proactivity and creating bonds of trust, however I still keep the mentality of continuing to develop skills before and after graduation.
