Andrea Guadalupe Larios Vázquez

I have recently finished an MSc in Management and Corporate Sustainability from Cranfield University in the UK, where I learned how to apply sustainability principles and practices to various business contexts and sectors. I am passionate about helping private companies achieve net-zero emissions and develop sustainable strategies. As a Technical Expert at DAI in Mexico and with the German Cooperation, I researched and designed innovative solutions to create technical curricula and other materials about the clean energy sector, electromobility and green skills development. I collaborated with external consultants, government institutions, and the British Embassy to produce high-quality reports, curricula, and didactic materials. I have acquired skills in materiality analysis, project management, data analysis, and green project development

I have extensive experience working in the sustainability-clean energy sector, particularly in topics related to market regulation, renewables, energy efficiency and electromobility.  I worked in government, which equipped me to analyse regulations and communicate them effectively. Working with GIZ and DAI, international organisations, has enhanced my project management and client engagement skills, enabling me to manage multiple projects simultaneously, develop and execute strategic scopes of work, and successfully oversee budgets and final deliverables from consultants as well as giving advice to local government. This experience also involved extensive research across various topics and collaboration with diverse stakeholders. I had the privilege of representing my institutions at networking events and hosting gatherings, increasing my presentation skills mainly through professional-level PPT documents. I also gained experience working with local stakeholders and improved my time management skills through travel within the country. 

Now, after doing my MSc I have a wide vision regarding ESG strategy, materiality analysis and partnerships development
