 Managed the Bill of Materials (BOM) and Engineering Change 
Orders (ECO), ensuring accurate control of hardware and software 
for TV and MNT products.
 Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including Quality 
Assurance (QA), materials management, and field operations to 
ensure seamless product development and troubleshooting.
 Applied Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce production costs 
and improve process efficiency.
