I am applying for a position in the Property Management area as a Maintenance Coordinator, I have 3 years of experience, and my main activities were to coordinate major and minor repairs, follow up during the process, and keep the tenants, vendors, and owners updated until the service is completed. Get quotes for major repairs, request approvals, review and approve invoices, and upload before and after photos to keep repair records

WORK EXPERIENCE: Property Manager. 2019 -2022 Position: Maintenance Property Manager. I worked as a maintenance manager for Houston TWR my role was to assist the tenants in getting their issues addressed properly and promptly, by calling them and troubleshooting before sending a vendor out. I provided quick solutions to the request. I also communicated with vendors to expedite repairs and make them aware of the issues they would find at the property. Keep the owners informed of all maintenance requests during the process. Request approval when the maintenance limit is exceeded. Obtain different quotes if required. Then I was promoted to maintenance coordinator for the ABQ maintenance department my roles were the same as above described, and in this new position I had an additional role which was approving invoices, I used to go over the invoices submitted by the vendors to make sure repairs were completed and the amount matches according to the amount approved.
