Unilever Mexico- December 2015 – December 2017 ∙ HR Operations- Payroll Sr. Coordinate and ensure the proper determination, declaration, payment and accounting of Payroll Tax as well as ensuring correct determination and withholding of monthly-annual Income Tax, and application of tax updates, to all Business Unit (4,508 Employees) as well as social security. Coordinate and supervise the correct calculation and payment of ISN per locality. Monitor and ensure the concepts catalogue and payroll relevant tables to guarantee that the payroll payment is done under the right concept. Advise and analyze several topics related with the payments and/or special treatment for payroll in order to control impacts and savings for the company, Promote and supervise team participation and activily participate in projects and initiatives that allow the improvement and efficiency of payroll processes. Build and maintain effective working relationships with external and internal colleagues. 

Celistics Mexico. -March 2014 - November 2015. • General Accountant: Annual and monthly closing, to calculate local and federal taxes monthly and annual, deal federal/private audits for social security and finance statement, to determinate Financial statement, Bank reconciliations

 Grupo Bimbo Bakeries. -November. 2013 - March. 2014 • Jr Accountant North America: Bank payments applications, keep in touch with stakeholders, to close the open invoices once they date up the account.
