We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for HOA to support the following activities:

  • Initiate, process, and follow up on the administrative tasks assigned to their area.
  • Maintaining an effective communication flow among the different departments in the company.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs.
  • Run periodic reports according to the company's needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms for different purposes, such as basic accounting records, scheduling, and documentation of different processes.
  • Client information.
  • Follow up on scheduling and documentation of various requests and requirements.
  • Schedule:_
Monday - Friday, 9 am

  • 6 pm CST.

Requirements:


  • Strong writing and conversation skills.
  • Two years of experience with a similar role.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office.
