    Senior Manager Supply Chain Infrastructure Planning– Mexico

    Position Overview:

    Join us as the new Senior Manager of Supply Chain Infrastructure Planning, where you will play a crucial role in assessing infrastructure needs, predicting constraints, and developing risk mitigation strategies. Your decisions will impact our ability to achieve volume growth targets, foster clear communication with stakeholders, and shape investment strategies for future expansion. Dive into the world of financial analysis to drive profitability and explore network design possibilities in Mexico's diverse bottling landscape.

    Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

    Work Focus

  • Long-term capacity planning: Strategize long-term capacity plans in collaboration with Operations, Finance, Bottlers, and Supply Chain teams. Anticipate constraints, formulate contingency plans, and align capacity plans with business goals. Collaborate with Bottlers to bridge capacity gaps and ensure a unified vision.
  • Scenarios and Open Infrastructure approach: Develop capacity scenarios and explore Open Infrastructure solutions with Bottlers to meet short and long-term capacity needs. Introduce innovative ideas such as Bottler partnerships, Co-packers, and JVs to drive growth.
  • Investment: Estimate CapEx for infrastructure projects to influence stakeholders towards investments that align with business objectives. Analyze financial impact and provide recommendations for improved profitability through strategic investments.
  • Optimization: Lead cross-functional teams to optimize infrastructure resources, enhance supply chain performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities through data analysis.
  • Technology management: Manage relationships with vendors involved in supply chain projects to ensure successful project milestones.
  • Capabilities: Enhance capacity planning processes, stay updated on industry trends, and incorporate new technologies to drive efficiency. Provide leadership to the technical community through training and performance management.

    • Education Requirements:

    Bachelor's Degree in fields related to supply chain, engineering, logistics, operations, or business administration. A Master's Degree is a plus, especially in supply chain management or business administration. An MBA with a focus on supply chain management can bring valuable insights into decision-making processes.

    Related Work Experience:

    Over 5 years of experience in capacity planning, risk management, and supply chain management within the food & beverages industry. Proficiency in capacity planning tools, forecasting, and agile project management. Exposure to Industry 4.0, IoT, and digital supply chain initiatives is advantageous.
