- Assist with the monitoring of human capital reporting of various OE/OD programs (e.g., Engagement Survey, Coaching Program, Performance Management, Mentoring, Talent Reviews, Leadership Programs, and 360's)
- Maintain the Employee Engagement and Exit Survey Data, and Action Plan Development Tracking
- Support the creation of communications and collateral for processes or events through selected channels (e.g., emails, job aids, meetings, or events through selected channels (e.g., email, job aids, webpages, or in-person materials)
- Work closely with the Snr. Manager of OD to collect and coordinate aggregate data for the talent pipeline and translate the data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
- Maintain up-to-date data and reporting of vendor engagements and activities
- Complete assigned project(s) and/ or task(s) on time, to specifications, with accuracy and efficiency
- Prioritize and switch tasks as directed to address items of the highest importance first effectively, escalating issues promptly
- Follow established procedures to spot key errors in the data to mitigate risk and escalate appropriately

- This is a Student Social Service Program.
- Bachelor's degree Student (last year/semester) in Psychology or related fields.
- Willing to work in a start-up and/or fast-paced environment.
- Technical background preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Remarkable organizational skills and a relentless drive to improve efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish).
- Strong teamwork and ability to welcome differences when working alongside others.
- Basic knowledge of the G-Suite suite, including Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Gmail.
- High personal integrity.
- Friendly and approachable.
- Part-time job (6 months - 480 hours)
- Willing to work for a startup company (Sequoia Global Services, Sequoia Connect, Sequoia high-tech).
- Fully Remote (We're looking for Home Office candidates.).
