    Talent Development

    • Identify, hire, and nurture talent within the team, facilitating growth and skill development
    • Implement strategies for recruitment and retention to build a high-performing and diverse engineering team

    Collaboration with Blend USA

    • Foster effective communication and collaboration between the engineering team in Mexico City and the Blend US engineering, product, and design teams
    • Work closely with counterparts in the US to align on project goals, timelines, and technical strategies

    Project Management

    • Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success, from ideation to implementation

    Who you are :

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
    • Proven experience (10+ years) in a leadership role managing engineering teams
    • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across borders and cultures
