- Proven experience in aftersales management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of aftersales processes, including customer support, parts distribution, service operations, and warranty management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in implementing and optimizing aftersales processes and systems
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to aftersales operations
