    Actualmente estamos buscando un Gerente de Zona Postventa altamente motivado y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo. Como Gerente de Zona Postventa, serás responsable de gestionar todos los aspectos del proceso postventa, incluyendo soporte al cliente, distribución de piezas, operaciones de servicio y gestión de garantías. Colaborarás con equipos interfuncionales para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente, optimizar el proceso postventa y promover la mejora continua en la calidad del servicio.

    Requirements

    Para ser considerado para el puesto de Gerente de Zona Postventa, debes cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

    • Titulo universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o un campo relacionado
    • Experiencia comprobada en gestión postventa, preferiblemente en la industria automotriz
    • Amplio conocimiento de los procesos postventa, incluyendo soporte al cliente, distribución de piezas, operaciones de servicio y gestión de garantías
    • Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos
    • Sólidas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas
    • Habilidades efectivas de comunicación y negociación
    • Capacidad para colaborar con equipos interfuncionales y partes interesadas
    • Experiencia en implementación y optimización de procesos y sistemas postventa
    • Familiaridad con los estándares y regulaciones de la industria relacionados con las operaciones postventa
    • Fluidez en inglés
