    GERENTE DE RECURSOS HUMANOS - ACTIVIDADES DEPORTIVAS

    (Palo Alto Cuajimalpa, CDMX)

    Objetivo del puesto: Desarrollar en los colaboradores de la Institución la práctica deportiva a lo largo del año mediante la coordinación de eventos internos y externos

    Cada día te encontrarás ante nuevos e interesantes retos dentro de tu puesto, en los cuales serás responsable de:

  • Identificar las sedes de entrenamiento y entrenadores deportivos que mejor se acomoden a nuestras necesidades y objetivos
  • Atender inquietudes del personal con relación a la práctica deportiva y facilitar su participación
  • En competencias como Juegos Bancarios, supervisar en conjunto con entrenadores y capitanes de equipo, que cada empleado seleccionado tenga un nivel de juego y compromiso acorde a la disciplina deportiva en la que participa, acuda a los entrenamientos y competencias, además de fungir como enlace entre el comité organizador y los participantes.
  • Gestión administrativa de proveedores, presupuestos y pagos, y coordinación con las áreas de Administración y Capital Humano.

    • Requisitos:

  • Formación profesional: Licenciatura en educación deportiva, gestión deportiva o afín
  • Años de experiencia: 2 años en puesto similar
  • Áreas de experiencia: Gestión de equipos deportivos
  • Conocimientos requeridos: Equipos deportivos, Juegos bancarios preferentemente
  • Idiomas: Inglés básico
  • Disponibilidad para viajar: No, disponibilidad para moverse alrededor de CDMX
  • Disponibilidad para cambio de residencia: No
