    About the role:

    You will collaborate in an ambitious project of a top client in the beverage industry

    Main Requirements:

    -3-6 years of experience in Systems Engineer or similar role
    -Good experience of Amazon Connect
    -Production Support Experience (including Tier 1 & 2)
    -Participate in the creation and support of System Documentation
    -Able to collaborate in the Systems Lifecycle Management
    -Able to create, maintain and report KPIs
    -Working experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
    -Advanced English Communication (both written and spoken)

    **Must be willing to work from 8am-4pm PST**

    *A great plus would be any experience with CCaaS Platform and AWS the more you know of the following, the better: AWS Console, Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFront, Cognito, Cloudwatch
