    About the Position:

    • Collaborate on an exciting project with a key client in the beverage industry.

    Main Qualifications:

    • 3-6 years of experience in a Systems Engineer or similar role.
    • Proficiency in AWS, including AWS Console, Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFront, Cognito, and Cloudwatch.
    • Background in Production Support (Tier 1 & 2).
    • Involved in creating and maintaining System Documentation.
    • Experience in Systems Lifecycle Management.
    • Ability to develop, update, and report KPIs.
    • Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
    • Proficient in Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).

    **Note: Must be available to work from 8am-4pm PST**

    *Additional experience with a CCaaS Platform (Genesys, Avaya, Amazon Connect) would be a strong asset.
