    YOUR ROLE

    • Deals with customer needs as first point of contact.
    • Strives for excellent customer service delivery.
    • Is responsible for key accounts / customers.
    • Maintains detailed and up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services.
    • Reviews purchase orders and follows up on credit releases.
    • Follows up on deliveries and inventory allocation.
    • Fill rate analysis.

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Knowledge and previous experience in national accounts (for example Soriana, Casa Ley, HEB, Walmart, Chedraui)
    • Knowledge of process mapping
    • 2-3 years of previous experience in similar roles
    • SAP management
    • Intermediate English
    • Bachelor's Degree
