    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Communication:

    • Act as the primary point of contact with our clients, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
    • Understand the unique needs of each client and ensure alignment with our talent strategies.

    Vacancy Management:

    • Efficiently assign vacancies to our talented team, ensuring a streamlined and effective recruitment process.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure candidate selection meets their expectations.

    Recruitment Processes:

    • Oversee and continually improve recruitment processes to optimize the quality and speed of hiring.
    • Implement best practices in talent identification and evaluation.

    KPI Management:

    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the talent team.
    • Implement corrective actions to ensure the achievement of established objectives and goals.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Generate detailed reports on team performance and provide strategic analysis for decision-making.
