    Rocket Code, an AI-based company focused on cutting-edge solutions, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent to support our company's growth. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process. Your ability to build strong relationships will be vital in ensuring a successful recruitment process.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
    • Review and analyze job applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
    • Conduct zoom and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and qualifications
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions
    • Manage the offer process, negotiate salary packages, and onboard new hires
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline by networking and attending industry events
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and report on recruitment metrics

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or a similar role
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
    • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
