- Performs analysis of various compensation programs and initiatives, included but not limited incentive programs for sales and operating teams, annual merit and bonus planning, pay equity, etc.
- Conducts competitive role benchmarking, delivering actionable insights.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Plays key role in updating global salary structures, conducting impact analysis as required.
- Supports communication and change management activities in support of Vertiv Career Framework.
- May engage HR Business Partners and Total Rewards leaders to diagnose compensation issues and solve problems.
- May conduct training for HR Business Partners and People Leaders on compensation principles and practices, helping them to make informed pay decisions.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with specialization in Business, Mathematics or other Analytical discipline.
- 3+ yrs. experience in HR, Finance, Analytics with a minimum of 1 yr. experience with compensation programs. Preferred global compensation.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to interact, collaborate and influence decisions on multiple levels.
- Strong organizational skills
- Advanced Excel skills, detail orientation with excellent analytical skills. Ability to compile, analyze, and interpret large amounts of information/data from multiple sources.
- Excellent English speaking skills
