As an Administrative Assistant, some of your main activities will be:

  • Recollecting and grouping documents for final packages to be sent to homeowners and board members
  • Organizing and maintaining books with the association and HOA information.
  • Copying and mailing public records to the appropriate agencies.
  • Processing state forms for Board members.
  • Processing proxies and ballots for landowners' election
  • Filing all mandatory yearly requests and reports.

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday

  • 7:00 AM. 4:00 PM. CST.

Daylight saving time:


  • 6:00 AM. 3:00 PM. CST Mex.

Requirements:


  • Advanced English (Verbal and Writing).
  • 3 years of experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
  • Excellent Writing Skills.
  • Advanced MS Office 365 knowledge.
  • Ability to Multitask.
  • Tech Savvy
