Which is the main objective of this role?


The overarching role of Commercialization is to enable PepsiCo to accelerate growth by rapid development and winning execution with 'Fewer, Bigger, Better, Faster' Innovation and Beyond Innovation Agenda.


PDQs are a very relevant execution and communication tool out of rack for our core brands and new initiatives within the BU, as a way to participate in seasonalities and Clients events calendar, being included on our SMKTs Channel clients JBPs.

Additional, after Nom-051 these are an effective way to communicate our promos and other brand activations.

GQS PDQs agenda is all over the place between MKT, Merchandisign and Excite.

Not having a one single agenda leaves opportunities such as guaranteeing a robust feasibility assessment, early risk mapping, SC Planning forecasting, carton negotiation, among others that are not captured throughout the process, impacting our internal areas, our p&l and our costumers.


The primary goals for this role are:

  • Lead and deliver the complete BU PDQ's Agenda.
  • Enable and influence growth, managing strong multifunctional teams, executing robust plans, managing relations across functions, ensuring fit to strategy and meeting business objectives accordingly with the seasonalities.

Qualifications

What will you be doing?

  • Lead, support and execute PDQs AOP agenda, indentifying in early stages risks and its mitigation plans.
  • Assure weekly status and meetings follow up with Multifunctional Teams to achieve delivery on time.
  • Lead alignment with commercial team since idea refinement, to initiative performance follow up.
  • Assure weekly project status on the PDQs defined format, which will show critical clusters (Task Compliance)
  • Assure updated information in work with marketing, finance, supply and commercial drive for weeklys, RZ and Cheetah meetings.
  • Followup to Procurement carton negotiation, providing the correct and on time volumen information.
  • Assure a constant alignment with the business needs such as: Profitability agenda, Fewer and bigger, Agile Mindset, Speed to Grow, Great5. Etc.
  • Generate Portfolio Management Reports and Accolade Dashbord. Ensure 100% of initiatives are uploaded in Accolade including key deliverables in order to comply with Latam monthly audits.
  • Fullfill the compliance of annual KPIs including Net Revenue, S2M and On Time Launches.
  • Effectively interact with mid senior management level, influencing the agenda, driving choices, facilitating decision making, risk assessment and conflict resolution

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor Degree, Administration or Industrial Engineering
  • Project Management knowledge, Office + MS Project (desired)
  • Languages: Spanish and English fluent
  • Experience in similar area of a Consumer Goods Company 01 years
  • Multi Project and multi Teams coordination in a Consumer Goods Company 01 year
  • Personal relationship skills due to a large number of internal stakeholders
  • Team player: able to use strong communication, analytical and management skills to a lead a diverse group forward
  • Problem solving skills and ability to think "outside the box"
  • Project Management skills
  • Flexible and customer/client service oriented
  • Knowledge at Supply Chain processes
  • Process oriented work and analytical
  • Strong knowledge in Stage Gate, E2E & Commercialization process.
