- Lead various technology projects and guide a team of developers specializing in distributed microservices and full stack systems to develop solutions that meet regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate your commitment to keeping up-to-date with technology trends, exploring and adopting new technologies, engaging in internal and external tech communities, mentoring fellow engineers, and occasionally participating in coding tasks
- Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver reliable cloud-based solutions that enhance user experiences and promote financial empowerment for millions of users
- Utilize programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, along with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and various AWS services
- Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in English
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience (Internships not considered)
- At least 1 year of cloud computing experience (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Minimum of 4 years of team management experience
- Master's Degree
- At least 9 years of experience in one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, C#/.Net, or Go
- At least 3 years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud platform
- Minimum of 4 years working with open source frameworks
- At least 7 years of team management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Agile practices experience
