- Oversee multiple projects with varying complexity alongside technical and business operations teams.
- Lead project planning, define scope and objectives, create detailed schedules, and ensure successful execution.
- Manage project risks, issues, escalations, and changes promptly.
- Monitor progress, make adjustments when necessary, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate resources and vendors for project execution.
- Build and maintain relationships across different tech and business units as well as with vendor partners.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, communicate strategies, risks, and progress.
- Track project data accurately using various tools.
- Collaborate with technical experts to resolve obstacles efficiently.
- Ensure all projects meet objectives effectively.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of project management experience in large multinational organizations.
- Proven track record in planning, leading, and executing complex projects successfully.
- Results-driven mindset with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience with Delivery Tracking tools (Azure DevOps), MS PowerBI, and Excel is a plus.
