- Atención de reuniones con clientes, para aclaración de dudas, seguimiento a procesos y brindar soluciones a vacantes criticas.
- Definición de estrategias de reclutamiento para vacantes asignadas a su equipo de trabajo
- Desarrollo de equipo para el cumplimiento de objetivos
- Ejecución de evaluaciones de desempeño de cierre de vacantes
- Ejecución de procesos de reclutamiento orientado por competencias
- Asegurar cumplimiento de objetivos definidos por trimestre
- Inglés Intermedio / Avanzado a nivel conversacional
- Estudios concluidos con titulo en Psicología, Capital Humano, administración o afin.
- Conocimiento y dominio de procesos de reclutamiento de inicio a fin para posiciones administrativas y/o directivas.
- Experiencia en manejo de equipos de trabajo.
- Desarrollo de equipos de trabajo.
- Experiencia en presentación de resultados con clientes internos o externos.
- Experiencia y conocimiento en entrevista por competencias.
- Domino de bolsa de empleo (LinkedIn, OCC, etc).
- Conocimiento y aplicación de psicometrias.
