    El candidato o candidata ideal tiene una combinación única de experiencia técnica, curiosidad, mentalidad lógica y analítica, proactividad, ownership, y gusto por el trabajo en equipo.

    Nuestro candidato o candidata ideal puede comprender y utilizar varios métodos para medir la experiencia del usuario.

    • Compartir datos con otros miembros del equipo de UX, como investigadores y arquitectos.
    • Proporcionar información procesable basada en los datos.
    • Ayudar a establecer estándares para el diseño de la interfaz de usuario

    Principales responsabilidades y Actividades del puesto:

    ● Elaborar diagramas de flujo
    ● Elaborar workshops de estructura, voz y tono con los clientes
    ● Proponer mejoras de usabilidad en los proyectos existentes

    ● Documentación de vertical servicios financieros, mejores prácticas/casos de uso/ tendencias en conversacional.
    ● Manual de voz y tono con enfoque en vertical de servicios financieros

    ● Biblioteca UX Writting de componentes con enfoque de servicios financieros

    Requirements

    • Licenciatura o maestría a fin.
    • UX WRITTING
    • User experience (UX)
    • Diseño de diagramas de flujo (lucidchart, miro y figma)
    • Inglés intermedio avanzado (importante entender y hablar)
    • Storytelling
    • Trabajo en equipo
    • Comunicación verbal y escrita
    • Facilidad para presentar con clientes o equipo
    • Facilidad para transcribir sus ideas escritas
    • Creatividad
    • Atención al detalle
    • Autonomía
