Claims Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Claims Analyst must efficiently process claim requests as well as resolve claim issues as needed.

Handle inbound calls from contract holders to initiate a claim or follow up on an existing claim.
Communicate home warranty information effectively.
Notate claim information accurately into the database.
Indepth troubleshooting of appliance and home repair.
Initiate relationships with contractors/technicians.
Approving work orders.
Negotiate the cost of covered repairs and/or replacements.
Verifying work order completion.
Analyze provided invoices/receipts.
Provide followup information to customers as needed

WHAT YOU BRING:

High English Proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous call center experience

Proficiency in Excel

Data entry
Experience handling escalated situations
Home appliance or home warranty experience
Handy Man Experience Required: Plumbing, Appliance, HVAC experience

Workspace:A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.

Equipment:a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
