Will be responsible to carry out tasks and activities identified and agreed upon with the GBS Leadership and Business Stakeholders to drive efficiencies in relevant processes throughout the global activities belonging to Sustainability &DEI.

Follow defined work instructions to execute tasks and operational procedures for shared service team (including work intake, escalation, KPI's). Contribute to and lead process improvement opportunities.
